.....and I can not tell you how happy I am.

It has been so long since my son Rian has been home,but this week he is bringing his family to stay for ten days.They are bringing their sweet Elli Mae. This will be her first time to visit Nana or even come to the South.I look so forward to haven all my kids and grands together and making some new memories.

This is a casserole that I used to make when we were having company because it is a meal in one,easy and yummy.

Breakfast Casserole

1 lb.breakfast sausage

1 box seasoned croutons

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1pkg grated cheese

1 1/2 cups milk

5 eggs

4oz can mushrooms

Brown sausage and drain..Butter casserole dish and put

croutons on bottom.Spread sausage over croutons.Mix soup,milk,eggs and mushrooms.Pour over the sausage and cover with cheese.

Let set in refrigerator over night. Take out 30 min before cooking. Cook 30-45 min on 350

This is very easy and makes a great meal. I love to serve with a fruit salad.
